- Items are not guaranteed to be in stock. We try to keep our inventory up to date, but there may be times where an item is listed as available but is not in stock. If we are unable to supply the item(s) ordered, the item(s) will be canceled and the cost refunded to the original form of payment.

- Please note that all prices listed on our website are in U.S. Dollars and payment is only accepted in U.S. Dollars.
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted forms of payment. By submitting the credit card for processing, you confirm that you are authorized to pay using the card details supplied to us. Blu Ice Retail is not liable for any monetary loss due to fraudulent use of a credit/debit card. We try our best to verify that every payment and order submitted is legit. If we suspect any type of fraud we will not immediately process the order and it will be placed on hold.
SHIPPING
- Please allow us 1-2 business days to process and ship your order. Customer will be contacted via email about any delay with order or shipment.
- All orders are shipped with tracking numbers.
- A shipping cost is charged for each order. You can always check the shipping costs in your shopping cart before making a payment.
- You will receive a confirmation email of your purchase and another email after your order has shipped, which will include the tracking number and links to our privacy and return policies.
